Centrifugal Extractor

A centrifugal extractor is a machine that uses centrifugal force to separate two immiscible liquids. The liquids are pumped into the extractor and mixed in a chamber outside the rotor. The rotor then spins at high speed, causing the heavier liquid to sink to the bottom of the chamber and the lighter liquid to rise to the top. The two liquids are then separated and discharged through separate ports.
