Selection Guide for Carbon Silicon Analyzer
Carbon Silicon Analyzer provides a wide selection range that helps customers choose the right model based on their application requirements in foundries and metallurgical labs. It supports carbon content measurement from 2.30 to 4.20% (±0.05%) or 2.10 to 4.20% (±0.039%), and carbon equivalent (CE) from 2.50 to 4.80% (±0.08%) or 2.50 to 5.00% (±0.047%), making it suitable for accurate control of cast iron composition. Silicon content can be analyzed from 0.60 to 3.80% (±0.10%) or in a broader range of 0 to 20% (±0.10%), accommodating both standard and high-silicon alloys. For ductile iron quality, nodularity is measured in the range of 60 to 99% (±5%) or 40 to 100% (±10%), providing flexibility in different casting conditions. With a fast measurement time of ≤ 3 minutes, the analyzer ensures quick and accurate results. Commonly used by customers in automotive casting, heavy engineering, steel manufacturing, and academic research, the analyzer is often backed by ISO, CE, and ASTM certifications, ensuring reliable performance and industry compliance.
