Explore our selection of Inverted Microscope Trinocular viewing heads equipped with a quadruple objective turret. The turret accommodates four objectives with a central axis centering system. These microscopes boast an exceptional infinity Plan achromatic optical system, offering an adjustable interpupillary distance ranging from 48 mm to 75 mm. Additionally, they come equipped with a double-layered mechanical specimen stage, measuring 224×208 mm, featuring both circular and rectangular movable plates. Four working distance options are provided, including infinite LWD plan achromatic objectives at 10X, 20X, and 40X, along with a phase-contrast objective at 20X. Our instruments also include an achromatic N.A 0.30 condenser suitable for both phase contrast and brightfield microscopy, complete with a phase contrast slider and a telescope. A highly illuminated halogen lamp ensures optimal visibility, and the Trinocular head, set at a 30° inclination angle, enables precise sample observation. Furthermore, the specimen's focus can be finely tuned using the coaxial coarse and fine focusing knobs. These microscopes are designed to meet your research and observation needs with precision and clarity.
Frequently Asked Questions
1 What is an Inverted Microscope?
An Inverted Microscope is a laboratory apparatus designed to examine large & live specimens in culture dishes in order to allow easy access to the sample from underneath.
2 What is the difference between an Inverted and Upright Microscope?
In Inverted Microscope the objective lenses are positioned beneath the specimen whereas in Upright Microscope the objective lenses are positioned above the specimen.
3 Can Inverted Microscope be used for non-biological samples?
It is used in materials science and microelectronics for studying thin films, microstructures and other small-scale samples.
4 Can Inverted Microscope be used for time-lapse imaging?
It is engineered to help researchers in monitoring living cells over extended periods without disturbing the sample.
5 Can Inverted Microscope be used for multi-well plates or larger samples?
It can be used for working with multi-well plates, petri dishes and other large sample containers.
6 Can Inverted Microscope be used for 3D imaging?
Inverted Microscope equipped with confocal or structured illumination module can perform 3D imaging.
