This highly advanced AFM offers researchers the capability to explore and manipulate surfaces at the atomic and molecular level, providing valuable insights into material properties, surface roughness, and interactions at nanoscale dimensions. With its precision and versatility, the LabMate Atomic Force Microscope empowers scientists and engineers to conduct a wide range of studies, including materials science, biology, and physics, enabling them to unravel the mysteries of the micro and nano realms.

Biological Microscope

A biological microscope is generally a type of optical microscope that is primarily designed to observe cells, tissues, and other biological specimens. Multiple objective lenses can be attached, which gives these microscopes a magnification that can range anywhere from 10x - to 1,000x or more. Since these systems are used mainly to look at very flat samples (e.g. microscope slides, petri dishes, well plates, etc.), the objective lenses have short working distances and high numerical apertures. Some specialized versions of these microscopes are capable of performing fluorescence imaging and are known more specifically as fluorescence microscopes.

Dark field Microscope

The Dark Field Microscope boasts extended EWF 10×/18 mm eyepieces with Ø 23.2 mm tubes, offering a comfortable viewing experience. It is equipped with a revolving nosepiece that accommodates four objectives, ensuring versatility in observation. All optical components are treated with anti-fungus and anti-reflection coatings, enhancing light transmission for superior imaging. The microscope features a 142×135 mm ceramic stage, complete with an integrated 76×52 mm mechanical stage. This mechanical stage is exceptionally robust and safeguarded by a durable ceramic surface to prevent marks and scratches. Furthermore, it includes a double slide holder and an integrated 75×50 mm rack-less mechanical stage, providing precise control during specimen manipulation.

Fluorescence Microscope

Our Fluorescence Microscope is equipped with an infinity-corrected optical system, utilizing LED lighting as its primary source of illumination. Its fluorescence epi-illuminator is integrated with a 5W fluorescence light source and a 3W LED Chroma transmitted light source, enabling a broad spectrum of ultraviolet light for dark field illumination applications. The microscope features a trinocular head with a Ø 30 mm photo port, allowing for versatile imaging options. For bright field illumination, a precision-controlled light source with a field diaphragm is employed. The Siedentopf Trinocular head is inclined at 30° and can be rotated at 306° for comfortable viewing. Additionally, the microscope is equipped with a quintuple nosepiece, providing quick access to five plan achromatic objective lenses (4X, 10X, 20X, 40X, 100X). These objective lenses offer infinite correction for both chromatic aberration and field geometry, ensuring high-quality imaging and accurate analysis.

Inverted Microscope

Explore our selection of Inverted Microscope Trinocular viewing heads equipped with a quadruple objective turret. The turret accommodates four objectives with a central axis centering system. These microscopes boast an exceptional infinity Plan achromatic optical system, offering an adjustable interpupillary distance ranging from 48 mm to 75 mm. Additionally, they come equipped with a double-layered mechanical specimen stage, measuring 224×208 mm, featuring both circular and rectangular movable plates. Four working distance options are provided, including infinite LWD plan achromatic objectives at 10X, 20X, and 40X, along with a phase-contrast objective at 20X. Our instruments also include an achromatic N.A 0.30 condenser suitable for both phase contrast and brightfield microscopy, complete with a phase contrast slider and a telescope. A highly illuminated halogen lamp ensures optimal visibility, and the Trinocular head, set at a 30° inclination angle, enables precise sample observation. Furthermore, the specimen's focus can be finely tuned using the coaxial coarse and fine focusing knobs. These microscopes are designed to meet your research and observation needs with precision and clarity.

Metallurgical Microscope

Labmate Metallurgical Microscope boasts an array of advanced features, ensuring top-notch optical performance. It incorporates four plan achromatic objective lenses, along with both bright field and dark field condensers to deliver exceptional image quality. The microscope is equipped with a trinocular head, inclined at 30 degrees and rotatable at 360 degrees, facilitating comfortable viewing and seamless specimen manipulation. Coaxial adjustment knobs are thoughtfully designed for precise focusing of specimens, with both coarse and fine adjustment options. The trinocular Siedentopf-type heads come with 30-degree inclined tubes and an interpupillary distance adjustable from 48 to 75 mm, ensuring ergonomic versatility. Illumination is provided by a choice of either a 3 W LED or a 6 V 20W transmitted light source. This innovative design enhances image resolution by offering larger apertures within the microscope's optical system.

Phase Contrast Microscope

The binocular head with a quadruple nose piece is a feature of the phase contrast microscope. To maximize light flow, all lenses have been anti-fungus treated and anti-reflection coated. Four objectives are served by a rotating and reversing nose piece. As targets, we employ infinite achromatic phase contrast. A ceramic surface that is shielded from scuffs and marks measures 156138 mm and includes a mechanical stage that measures 7654 mm. A mechanical stage measuring 75x50 mm rack less and equipped with a twin slide holder measures 185x177 mm. The coaxial coarse and fine-focusing knobs allow for fine-tuning of the specimen's focus. an adjustable rack stop is included to lessen damage to the sample and the objectives.

Polarizing Microscope

Labmate offers a wide range of polarizing microscopes that use transmitted cross-polarized light to observe samples in opto-mechanical engineering with near-zero optical impurity. The sub-stage polarized extinction disc and cross-polarization allow for the observation of thin sections by centralizing and controlling the bi-refrigerant specimen with high accuracy. The microscopes are equipped with stain-free objectives with a focusing range of 4X, 10X, 40X, and 60X, as well as a 360° rotatable polarizer and an N.A. 1.25 swing-out condenser. To illuminate the sample, a 20W halogen light source with adjustable intensity and an N.A. 1.25 Abbe condens are used, which are mounted on a 160mm revolving round stage.
