Dual Block Thermal Cycler LMMB-E103 utilizes 8 Peltier heating units to heat up the sample with 4 variations in temperature. It has preprogrammed 11 PCR protocols saved in internal flash memory. The instrument work significantly faster using windows operations system and can monitor the operations via mobile connectivity. Movable heating lid can accommodate 48×0.2 ml+30×0.5ml wells or tube. It can with stand up to ramping rate of 5 °C/s and temperature range of 0 to 100 °C. Installed with capability of analyzing maximum 100cycles and can save 10000 PRC run data. The parameters update and file transfer updates through Wi-Fi, USB, printer can be seen on 8-inches LCD display.
