Milk Analyzers measure fat, protein, lactose, solids-not-fat, density, added water and pH in raw and processed milk by passing ultrasound through the sample and reading how the signal changes, so no chemical reagents are consumed. A 20 or 25 ml sample is enough for a full parameter run, and results support grading, pricing and adulteration checks for water, starch, urea and detergents. Automatic calibration and cleaning cycles keep readings stable between batches, while RS232 and USB ports export results to collection software. Typical users include dairy farms, milk collection centers, cooperatives, processing plants, food safety labs and dairy research institutes.
