Real Time PCR LMRT-A101 is a device used to quantitatively amplify individual DNA and RNA molecules and analyse the data for accurate results. Provided with 96-well plate suitable for 0.2 ml PCR tubes. Equipped with LED light source for convenient operation and clear observation. Works efficiently at an excitation wavelength of 460 nm to 720 nm and emission wavelength of 500 to 720 nm.
