Overview

Nucleic Acid Horizontal Electrophoresis System LMES-A102 is a high resolution horizontal unit with a gel trays dimension of 60 × 60 mm, 60 ×120 mm, 120 × 60 mm and 120 × 120 mm. Different well sizes allow for complete control of sample loading and combs up to 2 to 100 sample throughput with 1.0, 1.5 and 2.0 mm thickness. A buffer volume of 120 ml provides a cooling effect and maintains a stable pH during the process. The transparent safety lid prevents electricity from dripping and sample from volatilizing in the cell.
