Overview

Gradient Thermal Cycler LMGT-B202 supports 96 × 0.2 mL and 77 × 0.5 mL sample formats for flexible PCR workflows. It operates from 0 to 99.9°C with heating and cooling rates up to 4.5°C/s, while gradient control supports annealing-temperature optimization. It is suited to gene expression analysis, pathogen detection, genotyping, DNA methylation studies, and molecular biology research.

• Uniform heating of the samples is achieved with Peltier heating units with more than 99 cycles.
• Maximum. heating Rate is 4.5 °C/s with temperature range of 0 to 99.9 °C.
• It has the capability to accommodate 96×0.2 ml, 96×0.2 ml+77×0.5 ml with moveable hot lid which can fit different sizes of tubes.
• All the operations are controlled by a computer software system which instrument PCR protocols.
• It has power of operation recovery option which helps in continuing the same command after a recovering from power cut.
