Overview
Glutomatic System LMGLS-A100 is semi-automatic gluten testing unit designed for rapid detection of wet gluten content, gluten index, and dry gluten content in wheat flour and grain products. Integrated with gluten washing, centrifugation, and drying processes in a compact modular setup to provide accurate assessment of gluten quantity and quality. Utilizing the Gluten Index method, the instrument measures gluten strength and elasticity within 10 minutes using only 10 g of sample. Our System is ideal for flour quality control, grain classification, and process standardization in milling and baking industries.
