Automated Western Blot Processor LMWBP-A100 handles antibody incubation and washing for blotting membranes through a programmable workflow. Oscillation speed adjusts in steps of 1 rotation per minute across an oscillation angle from 0 to 128 degrees, and a 90 degree dumping function empties reagents between steps. Circular arc incubation boxes in five sizes keep antibody volume below 2.5 milliliters, while primary and secondary antibody recycling boxes allow reuse. A 360 degree sensor, speed measurement and cold incubation at 4 degrees Celsius support consistent runs. Standard accessories include reagent, waste liquid and cleaning fluid bottles, plus disposable suction heads.
