Overview
Oil Particle Counter LMOPC-A100 measures contamination in hydraulic and lubricating oil by counting particles from 1 to 100 um across 8 size channels, with sensitivity selectable at 1 or 4 um. A 10 mL sample runs offline at 5 to 80 mL per minute for oils up to 160 cSt, or the unit connects online at 0.1 to 0.6 MPa for continuous checks on running systems. RS232 and RS485 ports export results, and a 24 V rechargeable lithium battery powers the 5 kg unit in the field from minus 20 to 60 degrees C.
