Laboratory Ice Makers produce clean flake, cube or nugget ice on demand for cooling samples, chilling reagents and preparing ice baths. Flake ice packs closely around tubes, flasks and beakers for wider surface contact, while cube ice melts more slowly in storage and transport. Daily output runs from 20 kg on compact flake units to 1000 kg on high-capacity cube machines, with insulated bins holding 10 to 600 kg. Stainless steel bodies resist corrosion and simplify sanitation, and air-cooled flake models use R290 refrigerant. Typical uses include sample preservation, pharmaceutical temperature control, microbiology, clinical and food laboratories.
