Glassware Washers clean laboratory glassware in a closed chamber, spraying detergent and rinse water through rotating arms and injector racks so the inside of narrow-neck flasks, cylinders and pipettes is reached as well as the outside. Chambers run from 158 to 680 L, with circulation pumps of 400 to 900 L per minute and wash water heated to 93 degrees C. Thermal disinfection at 80 to 93 degrees C and hot-air drying up to 120 degrees C, through HEPA filters of 99.99% efficiency on selected models, return glassware dry and residue-free. Up to 150 stored programs suit different loads. Typical uses include pharmaceutical QC, microbiology, clinical and water testing labs.
