Overview
Flow Cytometer LMFC-A101 analyzes up to 38,000 cells per second using a 488 nm solid-state laser, forward and side scatter, and five fluorescence channels covering FITC, PE, ECD/PI, PerCP/PE-Cy5 and PE-Cy7. It separates red blood cells, platelets and white blood cells from 90 µL samples, with FSC and FL channel CV below 2% and carryover of 0.5% or less to limit cross-contamination. Auto-loading and auto-mixing support sample throughput in hematology, immunophenotyping and research assays.
