Dual Frequency Ultrasonic Cleaner LMDF-B115 is a 176 L high-capacity unit with 50 transducers generating 2500 W across a pressed SUS304 tank, 1.0 mm thick. Selectable frequency pairs, including 28/40 kHz and 28/63 kHz, let maintenance and production teams remove heavy carbon and oil first, then refine surfaces. The large tank takes bulky assemblies such as cylinder heads, gearbox housings and aerospace parts, reducing manual labor and solvent use on large components.
