Applications :
Disintegration Tester assesses the rate at which tablets or capsules disintegrate in a specified liquid medium under standardized conditions. It is used in pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals and supplements, educational and research institutions, and regulatory compliance testing.
Selection Guide :
Disintegration Tester LMDT-A103 is designed for quality control and research laboratories where consistent and reliable tablet disintegration analysis is essential. It is commonly used in pharmaceutical research studies, drug formulation development, and dissolution testing to evaluate how quickly tablets or capsules break down in a liquid medium. Equipped with three baskets, this model enables simultaneous multi-sample testing, which is beneficial in comparative experiments or high-throughput environments. The accurate lifting distance of 55 mm ± 1 mm and upgrade frequency of 31 times per minute ensure standardized mechanical movement, critical for reproducibility across tests. Additionally, its water bath supports temperature regulation from room temperature up to 45°C, making it suitable for various experimental conditions. This model typically adheres to regulatory standards such as USP and IP, making it a dependable choice for labs seeking compliance with international pharmaceutical testing protocols.
