Automatic Sulphur Analyzers determine total sulfur by burning a weighed sample in a 1150 degrees C furnace and measuring the sulfur oxides released, giving a result in 3 to 10 minutes without manual titration. A 21-position autoloader runs a full batch unattended, and the measuring range spans 0 to 100% sulfur, covering trace levels in refined fuels through high-sulfur coal and ore. Sulfur content sets fuel price, emission compliance and corrosion risk in boilers and engines, so fast, repeatable results matter at intake and dispatch. Typical uses include coal and coke grading at power plants and mines, petroleum product QC, rubber vulcanisation control, metallurgy and environmental labs.
