Overview

Automatic Gradient Thermal Cycler LMAG-D601 supports PCR analysis with a 96 × 0.2 mL capacity and 0 to 100°C temperature range. Its 5°C/s heating and 4°C/s cooling rates, adjustable 0.1 to 5°C/s ramping, and 30 to 100°C gradient range support gene expression, genotyping, pathogen detection, and DNA methylation analysis. USB, RS232/RS485 connectivity, power recovery, and sample addition during runs expand PCR workflow flexibility.

Uniform heating of the samples is achieved with Peltier heating units with maximum 100 cycles
