Overview
Automated Acid Steam Cleaning System LMACS-A100 has fully automated acid cleaning, rinsing, and drying with 20 custom programs. Equipped with sealed cabinet where acid vapors reflux to remove metal contaminants and purify items. Incorporated with adjustable cleaning, rinsing, and drying parameters, displaying real-time temperature, time, and wastewater pH. It has non-cycling steam and water spray system for thorough rinsing and safe acid disposal. Our System cleans ultra-trace analysis items, including bottles, utensils, and ICP/MS accessories made of glass, quartz, PFA, PTFE, and TFM.
