Advanced Thermal Cycler (Gradient) LMAT-B101 supports PCR, DNA analysis, gene expression, pathogen detection, and environmental testing. Its dual block accommodates 96 wells for 0.2 mL tubes and 77 wells for 0.5 mL tubes, with a 0°C to 99°C temperature range and 3°C/s heating rate. Gradient operation ranges from 30°C to 99.9°C across 12 vertical columns, with adjustable touchdown and long-PCR settings. Android OS, touchscreen control, USB/Wi-Fi/mobile monitoring, and power-off recovery.
