Nucleic acid extractor LMNC-803 extracts nucleic acid from materials using the magnetic particle method. Temperatures between room temperature and 140 ℃ are allowed when processing 96 samples with a total volume of 1000 μL in a single run while making effective use of the available bench space. Additionally included are a 96-well deep-plate type and eight adjustable mixing settings. The system contains a built-in UV disinfection lamp to prevent cross contamination and a 10-inch color touch screen with program management functions of create, modify, and delete.
