Fiber Analyzer LMFA-A401 is the modern instrument built with the latest technology using infrared heating to attain homogenous heating of the crucibles and produce reliable sample extraction. It works using the principle of Weende method to evaluate crude fiber and Van Soest method to wash the fiber. Approximately 0.5 g to 3 g of the samples can be measured within the range of 0.1% to 100%. The time required for the to heat up the system is just 12 mins and also have continuous and timer options to set the process time. It is mechanized with automatic alert system to remind the user once the analysis is done.
Non-violent fiber analysis is enabled by hidden barrel pull structure planned to attain dosing operation
To avoid waste discharge from pump corrosive liquid are not in connection with any pump frame
It is equipped with crucible recoil function designed to safeguard the sample
Protect the operator's safety with the dosage overflow protection mechanism, which prevents corrosive liquid overflow due to operator error
Customers can simply manage the heating rate and reduce energy usage by adjusting the crucible heating power over time
With a built-in pre-heating mechanism, the entire experiment time is considerably reduced
For typical configuration, provide five alternative crucible parameters to fulfil the needs of different samples
It can distinguish between crude fiber, neutral detergent fiber (NDF), acid detergent fiber (ADF), hemicellulose, and acid detergent lignin (ADL)
